• FNF Family Feud - Survey says: styled after the popular game show this session includes settlement related polling questions answered by FNF employees from all over the country.  It also serves as a great vehicle for team building and a fun and effective reinforcement of company and industry knowledge.

  Understand
  Da mess - This session will cover real life questions and concerns regarding the new GFE and revised HUD forms based on the lenders interpretation and what weve found in their loan instructions. 
• 2010 The Need for Exchanges - Creative Exchanges in Creative Times: 1031 Fallback Foreclosure; Out of Probate; Seller Financing; Oil & Gas; Buying at Auction; Structured Sale 1031 Fallback Foreclosure (Actual Exchanges)  Also included is an update.  After the 1031 failures States Regulate with Felony Penalties Feds begin Regulatory Talks. This topic includes ethics hours for attorneys.
• Introducing New Endorsements - Tiger Woods may have lost some of his endorsements but Texas just approved some new ones.

Afternoon General Session

• Current Trends 2010 - The purpose of this session is to review unusual transactions that have come about as a result of a downturn in the market.  The Company wants all settlement employees to be able to identify high-risk transactions and know how to close them while staying in compliance with the Companys policies and procedures.

Wrap-up Fun and Prizes - A fun game to test the attendees retention of the information they learned throughout the day.
