• Understanding Lenders Closing Instructions - Lenders instructions have become more lengthy and complex over time.  Dont get caught extending the liability of the Company.  Attend this session to find out what to look for in your next set of instructions.

Mid Morning Session:

• Short Sale Processing - Short sales have evolved into complex deals with more participants and conditions than ever before.  Attend this session to find out the latest trends and closing solutions.

Afternoon Sessions:

• Title Trivia - A question and answer game designed by escrow and title professionals, this session is a great vehicle for team building and a fun and effective reinforcement of company and industry knowledge.
• Current Trends - The purpose of this session is to review unusual transactions that have come about as a result of a downturn in the market.  The Company wants all settlement employees to be able to identify high-risk transactions and know how to close them while staying in compliance with the Companys policies and procedures.

3:30PM Wrap-up Fun and Prizes - A fun game to test the attendees retention of the information they learned throughout the day.
