The state of Washington has approved 3.5 General and 1.5 Liability credits = five (5) LPO hours. 

The state of Montana has approved four (4) Continuing Education hours.

Those attending will receive six (6) hours of Company credit.

• Fidelity Due Diligence Services (FDDS)* -  A national due diligence service provider, will debut their exclusive services including ALTA Surveys, Environmental Site Assessments, Zoning Reports, Property Condition Assessments and their innovative and exclusive Interactive Review platform. Afternoon General Session

• Current Trends - The purpose of this session is to review unusual transactions that have come about as a result of a downturn in the market.  The Company wants all settlement employees to be able to identify high-risk transactions and know how to close them while staying in compliance with the Company's policies and procedures.
• Wrap-up Fun and Prizes - A fun game to test the attendees' retention of the information they learned throughout the day.
